28 Day Kick-start  Fat loss Programme


A 28 day package to kick start the journey to becoming a leaner, fitter and healthier you.

This package includes 2 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week.

Training sessions will be challenging, progressive and fun!

Alongside training, Chris will provide you with simple nutritional guidance and over 300 tasty, healthy recipes that will help you lose inches and feel great.

With the premium package you will be training 3 times a week for 1 month allowing for more rapid results and more guidance, support and motivation from Chris.

This package includes simple nutritional guidance, over 300 recipes and Chris will be available for extra support by phone, text, email and Skype.

3 Month Intensive Exercise & Nutrition Programme

This package includes 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week over 3 months.

To get the most out of the programmes a minimum of 1 month’s commitment is required training at least 2 times per week.

For truly significant change and lasting results, 3 months coaching with Chris works best, although many clients have stayed longer as they really enjoy the training and support on a 1:1 basis at the private training facility Chris uses.
